More than 7,000 Civic Hatchback and Civic Type R vehicles [shipped with the wrong owner’s manual, or no manual at all. I’m not sure which is worse.

Honda received a report in February 2018 that indicated the wrong owner's manual was found in a vehicle during a routine port inspection. The automaker opened an investigation and determined there were problems at one manufacturing plant.

Men everywhere finally have an excuse for not reading the manual. That is, until the recall which will start on January 8, 2019.
